Hello, I would like to make it clear that you are not our customer, that we normally do not make any services such as video recovery available to non-customers but decided to make an exception at the request of the business owner. You wanted us to have one of our technicians go through an entire nights worth of footage for free, tell you what had happened and then let you decide if you want to pay for the labor. I do not know of any other business that is willing to have its employees do work up front and then let the client decide if they want to pay.
