We recommend you try calling your insurance company because the issue seems to be more than just your charger port. We also gave you a loaner phone while we were repairing your 13 pro max for the inconvenience. We even tested your charger after repairing your device and it worked. Rosita can you please clarify? I am looking at all our repair invoices for iPhone 6s and none of them say $90. We have never charged this amount to fix a screen on an iPhone 6s.
