Another level 1 local guide account with Diction issues... NOT A REAL GMAIL ACCOUNT! This is an OUTRIGHT LIE and Google needs to get these "reviews" off of everybody's business ads! First: Power ports have to be ordered, we cannot predict which models will break. There are too many different vendors to keep in stock... A broken "battery port" as the reviewer is describing, is part of the case, and (usually) would not be worth fixing, but would not keep the laptop from turning on... SO WHAT WAS THE ISSUE? Second: We do not install SPYWARE nor ANY extra software on a customer's machine! It would not make any sense for a publicly known company to do so! Third: We use Remote PC for remote sessions which is initiated BY THE CUSTOMER with a one-time-use remote ID and Password after calling us and setting up an appointment. Fourth: WHERE IS YOUR RECEIPT??? We looked through our records for the last two years and do not see "Marudhu Veera" anywhere! Fifth: WHO WRITES REVIEWS AT 03:30 ??

Diction, Diction! Never heard of this person and have not had any "small fixes" for quite some time except for laptop keys replacement in front of the customer. Would like to know a date of service and invoice copy. (if it is REAL) We log all work and have 24 hr recording. Google should investigate local guide accounts as to how they are able to post as a Verified Gmail user!
