Hello Jose, this is the owner. Over the phone we explain how we would try to salvage your phone. We initially quoted you for the screen and cameras to the person you sent to our shop. Unfortunately we couldn't repair the camera issue but we did get your phone up and running with a new screen. We then called you once the repair was completed explaining what went wrong with your device that your friend brought. Unfortunately it seems either your friend fail to explain the issue with the cameras. Your data and pictures were saved and your phone turned on again as promised but the camera was different issue that was not charged. After reviewing the store cameras the attitude comment was initiated by you after we explain the situation with the cameras but you didnt seem to care for our technical explanation and asked 3 times for the same matter. A word of advise when you are speaking to someone have your full attention to them rather than been distracted with your colleagues.

Sorry to hear, we did repair your screen at the lowest price possible. We had told you the part was after market and you seem to no care, you just wanted the cheapest price. As far as the face id we can repair that its no problem. But we need your phone for day or two and get the microsoldering job done. If you ever want to repair it. Let us know! We love to get our 5 star you left us back! PS: if you update your iphone to ios 18.4 your screen message pop up will go away.
Technician damaged the home button during a screen repair.

For everyone reading this the ipad came with a damage screen near the home button. The pieces of the glass fell inside and damage the home button flex cable. We told the customer we could try to salvage it but it wasn't guaranteed because of the crack position near the home button. We told the customer we could contact our microsolder technician to get the home button chip onto a new cable but we told him it would take a couple of days and it would be extra. The customer left our store demanding a refund. The only charge we did was not of the screen it was a diagnostic fee which is $30 for us to open the tablet and diagnose the problem. The customer did not have the money to pay for a home button replacement and screen replacement so he asked for a refund of the screen replacement which he did indeed get. Also as a note he did take the ipad with a brand new screen and working home button except the fingerprint option.

We do not try scam anyone. We offer two type of screens the copy and the original. The copy was 95 and the original 150, you choose the copy and thats what we installed. We have told you it takes about 24 hrs to get a new screen in because A52 is not a comon phone we repair. Juan you choose not to wait so we gave you a refund instead. You misunderstood our clerk as he is still learning english but he said you couldnt take the screen he installed and get a refund at the same time. He did mention that you could wait for him to install your old one back but you didnt show any patience and wanted everything done at the moment. I understand it could be fruststing waiting for a repair but you have to understand its a shop not a restaurant and just like any other shop there are parts that need to be order and wait for shipment to come in. As for the SCAMING comment, we have been helping people with best prices for years. You are using scaming to describe choosing a better quality screen which cost more than the cheaper copy version. At $150 repair when the part cost $90 tell me how we are scamming people. We give the customer what they wanted to pay in this case it was a copy at $95 when

Hello, sorry you received a different price. I have now fixed it and you have received the $15 discounted priced we told you over the phone. I the owner told you the 109 price and I mention it to the tech that helped you it was going to be a discounted price for today only. Also the original price was 114 plus tax hense the price was 125 total. He must have forgotten. Sorry again please check in a day or two in your account and let us know if everything is fine now. 3:20 is our cutoff. And we close at 3:30. If you had come even 5 min earlier your phone would of been done. Call us or text us if you run into traffic problems if you want your things done anywhere you're running close to close time. This time is not on us.

Every repair shop knows that a charging port on a s7 edge is difficult to replace and its absolutively ridiculous to replace a port if what you're doing is replacing a S7 Edge LCD. I have searched your name in our signin list and you dont appear at all. Writting fake reviews is a low blow to our business, you are a dishonest man and we don't appreciate lying to our customers. People please check our Yelp Reviews, we have been in business for 5 years now and sometimes we get reviews that are trying to bring us down. Beware of these people if you own a business.

Hello sorry you feel that way. We always try to work with any customers we have. We did offered different options. Full refund on what you pay was granted. But we did offered to order a new screen from a different supplier and a discount repair. The issue was the was not a common phone we do repairs on, we have to order screens as we don't carry all phones.
The repair service took four days instead of the promised one.
Replacement screen failed shortly after repair and was not covered.

We have not repaired any S7 edge lately. But in case you did, for our customers we do cover any damage like that, lines on lcds are covered as long as the glass is not damage. Please be careful for putting reviews like these, this does not help our business and brings wrongful information about our warranty policy.
