First, it is not illegal for a business in California to accept payments through Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, or cash. Many businesses offer these as payment options, along with other methods. Regarding your HDMI repair, the console was repaired and tested before it left our shop. Electronic devices can develop new or recurring issues, which is why we have a warranty process to inspect the device. We never ask customers to pay again without first determining whether the issue is covered under warranty or caused by new damage. We also do not force anyone to use a specific payment method. We accept multiple forms of payment, and customers are free to choose from the available options. We always strive to treat our customers professionally and honestly.
