The drone was brought to us with a broken arm, which our certified technicians successfully repaired. In fact, the photo posted alongside this review shows that the arm was fixed correctly. After the repair was completed, the customer declined to pay the service fee and removed the drone from our store without authorization. Regarding the indicator lights: these were not part of the original repair request and were never presented as a covered service under the quoted fee. Any additional repairs—such as electrical diagnostics or replacement of non-functional lights—require separate approval and cost, which is standard practice in the repair industry. At Go Mobile, we are committed to honest, high-quality repairs and clear communication with every customer. We also stand behind our work with warranties on covered services. While we regret that this situation unfolded in this way, we believe it’s important to be transparent about what occurred.
Store sold a blacklisted phone and refused a refund

Upon checking our record we have apologized and offer you a replacement (your refused)then refunded you on the spot, when you showed up, three months ago.... We provide a 30 days warranty on all Certified pre owned phones, our warranty cover everything except any physical damage that occurs after the sale, we provide a five stars customer service experience no matter what, thats why we offered you an upgraded phone replacement, but you choose your refund, all our phones is certified and come with TWO years warranty on the IMEI and 30 days warranty for any defects, we open our door to help our community since 2015 since then we had less that 5 unhappy customers, if you have any problem or questions, please don't hesitate to call the store manager at 9805500765 Thank for sharing your opinion

However looking on your ticket in our system, here is what we have , a person stop by our store and request us to repair your iPhone 13 Pro Max with a broken screen, we repair it in a timely manner, you pick it up in an hour or so, the person who drop the phone mentioned that you are replacing the screen because you are going to upgrade or trade in your phone and they want to accept a broken phone screen, I can see that your have successfully trade in/ upgrade your phone with ATT, I’m sorry that you left us a bad review even we helped you out with your phone, if you need any help , please call our store manager at 9805500765, Thanks

At Go Mobile, we provide a lifetime warranty on our screen quality, our warranty does not cover liquid damage or physical damage. We provide a 7 day replacement warranty on any defective part or accessory that we sale. As a courtesy we offer you a replacement on defective parts, only if the screen or part is still attached to your device. Before we can replace screen under our warranty, we must be able to test the issue to verify the screen is defective. Hello Mbaye On the Sunday 6/9 @5:45 pm you left your phone to be fix for an (audio not found )problem, On the 6/14 @1pm you get a full refund as our store policy is ( ALWAYS A HAPPY CUSTOMERS AND NO FIX NO FEES) Here is how our Business works: If it’s a screen repair and we have it in stock the TAT time 20 min and we give a LIFETIME WARRANTY ON OUR SCREEN QUALITY) For an advance microsoldering repair like yours we need a 48 hour testing after the fix has been done, We start the repair on the next day 6/10 ( since we close @ 6pm on Sunday) it took us 48 hours on (6/13) to find unfixable PCB damage circuit, on the 6/12 @ 11 am our POS system text the phone number that we have on your file about your phone status(Not Fixable ) I’m sorry if you are not happy with our time line Business work.
