Karen Walka We do care that you were missing the items. We also did an audit on the door lock to your room that showed only your key was ever used to open the door during your stay with us. You never received housekeeping service during this time. Also the cameras were watched and no one entered the room other than you and your guest. We advised you of this and you refused to believe any of our staff. I would ask for camera information from Kroger also and the person could be identified .
