Business overcharged for service and provided false information.
Business reply on Google
Addison - We understand high costs for repairs are never a welcomed message to receive and we assure you that the repair estimate was based on the parts costs and our labor/time needed to properly repair the issues. Being that brakes work as a system, partially repairing them has proven to be an unreliable, short-term solution that we do not recommend due to the importance of the entire system working correctly. I'd be happy to further discuss your concerns to identify where the differences in costs/repairs may have been—if you are open to this, please reach out to me directly. Thank you for your feedback, Barry Bennett - Area Manager - (813) 328-3184
Business tried to upsell unnecessary tire replacement
Business reply on Google
Erin, We are pleased you found someone capable of fixing a cut sidewall. Unfortunately, due to the risk of repairing that type of damage instead of replacing it, we had to pass on helping you with your tire issue. We are sincerely sorry we did a poor job at explaining our recommendation and reasoning, and we will take your feedback to the team to improve in this area. Our customers' safety is our #1 priority, and we strive to make our service suggestions with this in mind. We appreciate your feedback! Best, Barry Bennett - Area Manager - (813) 328-3184
