We are sorry you were unhappy with your visit to our store. We advise customers when their repair will be so costly as to outweigh the value of their item. We did not have any laptops ready for sale that day. We feel strongly in being honest with customers about the cost of repairs prior to making the repair. This day was a rainy day and we helped an elderly customer who arrived carrying a heavy computer. We apologize that you had to wait while we assisted her when she tried to enter the store.
