Hello C Clow, We have a live person answering our phones from 8AM - 4:30PM M-F so I apologize that there may be a misunderstanding. I searched our call logs and I do not see any missed calls from the last name "Clow". As the owner, I personally monitor our voicemails and I do not recall any voicemails from that name either over the last few months. Ironically, we have been attempting to contact you since January to inquire about your invoice that is now nearly 90 days overdue. However, our calls were never returned so that is why we feel there must be a misunderstanding here. If you were attempting to contact us and were unable to, I completely understand your frustration. I will personally reach out to you tomorrow to see if we can figure out what may have happened. As for the complaint regarding the Wi-Fi boosters, I agree with you 100%. We would never install Wi-Fi boosters and refer to them as a "mesh system" because as you pointed out, they are not a mesh system. We can only assume those were installed by the previous homeowners or a vendor of the of the homeowners that you purchased the home from. I look forward to speaking with you tomorrow.
