Thank you for your feedback. I do want to clarify what happened so there is no confusion for future customers. You contacted us about selling three devices: two iPhone 12s and a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. Based on the condition described before the visit, we provided an estimated quote. As with any device we purchase, the final offer is determined after we physically inspect and test the phones. Once the devices were inspected in person, both iPhone 12s had significant scraping and damage around the frames, and both showed that the batteries needed replacement. The Samsung also had a deep screen scratch that could be felt with a fingernail, along with noticeable screen burn/discoloration. Those issues were not apparent from the original description and directly affected the resale value of the devices. Because of that, the original estimates had to be adjusted to reflect their actual condition. The updated prices were explained before the sale was completed, and you ultimately chose to accept the offers and sell the devices to us. I’d like to take the time out to respond to your review as there is always two sides to a story we gave you a quote base off the information you gave us which was Samsung galaxy note 5 when you arrived we come to find out you actually have a Samsung galaxy note 20 we gave into your demands to give you a discount which we did due to FedEx shipping we cannot control shipping delays and as pre our policy all services made with a deposit cannot receive full refund because cost of shipping and return shipping.
Staff charged a fee for a superficial inspection without opening device.
