I want to clarify that I informed you by text that the screen installed was an original Apple screen taken from another MacBook. I also gave you another screen option anotherscreenreplacement, and I explained clearly which screen type was being installed. I would not mislead you about the type of screen being used. The total cost was $640 for the screen replacement and $140 for the battery replacement. I also informed you that we could exchange it for a brand-new Apple screen, but you refused that option. I always try to be transparent with customers regarding parts and pricing before starting any repair. Regarding the battery, I did not scam you about it. Your MacBook battery had never been replaced since 2016, and the replacement recommendation was based on the condition and diagnostics of the device.. Thank you

Hi Robin. We care about our customer’s safety. I was trying to explain how an old battery can damage any device, mainly when your iPhone displays a message recommending replacing a battery.
