true you did replaced the Battery. But next day you dropped your phone in water. And you blame us for that. after we diagnosed your phone we noticed a huge amount of water in Your phone. And that what caused your phone flash light and camera to stop functioning. I think there is nothing better than honesty.
Staff refused to acknowledge or repair the phone issue.

What you’ve described is certainly not the standard we aim for. Let’s clarify any misunderstanding for your situation and for others customers who may read our review. For number 1 and 2 issues obviously caused by dropping your iPhone. When you dropped your iPhone and the back glass being cracked The ultra-wide (0.5x) lens is more exposed and delicate so camera also being affected. • A drop can misalign or shift the lens, causing focus issues. • The internal stabilizer (OIS) can be damaged or dislodged, leading to shakiness or blurriness. For the 3 issue you mentioned is from previous water damage you had on your phone causing screws and other compounds to risk of rust. last 4 issue ; most iPhones are not water proof. They are water resistant which means can handle limited exposure to water.

Unfortunately you didn’t have one that’s why our workers can’t replace it for you due to policy. If you decided to get one next time please ask for warranty to avoid any misunderstanding.
