Im sorry this happened to you, every person has different reaction to new nail systems once they remove a complex different system like acrylic, we don’t have issues like this on the vast majority of clients but sometimes this things happen. We offered to work with you and fix it and we were always open to set up an appointment so its sad to read that we were not willing to fix it or help you.
