Excuse me but your story isn't true. You should return what they paid you. If I remember correctly I did you properly, but I do everyone proper regardless. In hearing your story I dont see where someone did you wrong? So you bought a computer but never stated how it worked? It probably did. So the business is wrong for selling you a machine? Or just not identifying your particular issue as quick as another business? See what i don't understand is how you were done wrong? I dont see where any problem lies. Please instruct me where your problem lies and we will attempt to correct it for you. But you're probably typing this on the same machine you purchased. Nobody forced you to buy anything, no one lied to you and you haven't asked for or needed reimbursement of any kind. So you sat down and wrote a negative review because we sold you a computer? Or because we didn't fix your old one to your standards? None of that makes us "untrustworthy". Please let us know when you have an issue specific to how you were mistreated or sold something defective.
