Customer turned away from movie for not having ID, despite being over 21.

Hi Phillip, We apologize for the unpleasant interaction you had at the box office. We are as transparent as possible about the OLCC regulations at our business to avoid these types of confusing incidents. It is true that minors are allowed before 8pm if they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. We do card everyone that looks under 30. We take the OLCC regulations seriously because the consequences can be catastrophic for a small business, so we appreciate your understanding. Hopefully you can both return to the theater soon for a different screening and a better experience!
Staff were rude and unhelpful regarding ID policy
Business reply on Google
We do try to make our policies very clear, and appreciate that you acknowledge checking the box stating these policies as part of the ticket purchasing process. Weβve updated our verbiage and made sure to include our OLCC/I.D. policy at every stage of purchase, including the confirmation email. As for your general mistreatment and how the situation was handled, we offer a sincere apology. We hope that you will give our theater another chance, and we appreciate your support of local businesses!

Theater denied entry due to lack of ID, despite online ticket purchase.

We apologize for any confusion. We try to make our policies as clear as possible - there is a box that you check when you purchase tickets that states you understand that we are 21+ with valid I.D. and the same statement is in the email confirmation/scannable ticket. This is in accordance with our OLCC permit to serve alcohol in our establishment. We are happy to offer refunds for these kinds of situations, and apologize that that was not offered to you at the time.
ADA descriptive audio devices not working and rude staff.

We deeply apologize for such a disappointing visit to the theater. We have been working to update that system, though it's operation should have been communicated to you better and the situation was not handled appropriately. Hopefully you have a better experience in the future.
Films are hard to hear, screens are small, and concessions are expensive
Business reply on Google
Hi Nico, sorry to hear you didn't have a great experience. If there's ever an issue with hearing the movie, we are more than happy to help - just alert a staff member. Yes, we operate as a bar, so per our OLCC license, we do not allow anyone under 21 without a parent or legal guardian. We strive to keep our prices as low as possible and often hear the opposite sentiment when it comes to the affordability of our concessions. Our pricing is available on our website for anyone interested. We hope that you have more fun next time!
Cashier made sarcastic comment about tip for popcorn

Our staff provides a service to each and every patron at our theater. This includes (and is not limited to) bartending, food preparation, maintaining all amenities, answering questions, and having friendly interactions. We will never remove the option to tip our staff who are providing service, regardless of how involved, or difficult you perceive that service to be.
Under 21s must be accompanied by a parent, not just an adult.

Iβm sorry for the misunderstanding and any inconvenience. Our OLCC restrictions have not changed and are posted on our website as well as in the box office. I spoke with your brother on the phone and he was very understanding. I hope that youβll come back when he turns 21, or before then with your folks.
Long line at box office despite pre-booked tickets
Business reply on Google
Sorry that you experienced a longer wait time - when we were checking vaccination cards, it definitely took a lot longer to get through a long line on a busy night. Things are much quicker now, and hopefully you can come back again to see a movie!
