David, thank you for taking the time to send us your feedback. I hope we can reassure you, the separate Google Maps listing is not ours and we do not have access to it. That listing belongs to the USPS themselves and they reserve the right to have their own listing which exists separately from our hardware store's listing. We are a mailing center, we have a well trained and friendly staff who are able to send mail both regular and express; with the express you absolutely can guarantee shipping. With regular you have tracking. All our service precisely align with the USPS service as it relates to the shipping of packages. If you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] or even to the USPS themselves as they are able to answer questions about their location which is housed in our store.
