Our moving truck blocked several cars on a one-way street. The other motorists exercised the faculty of reason. You were pushy and impatient. Our driver suggested that you call the police. Instead, you rebuffed, with a fake review, in an ill-advised attempt to ruin our business, when you should’ve acquiesced. Post a review in your name including your bill of lading (bol) number and file a complaint with the Illinois Commerce Commission, they will require that you submit a photo copy of your BOL to establish proof of service, which you’re incapable of.

Due to covid 19 our staff level is low. Customers are scheduled by appointment only! We meet customers at our office at an agreed upon time to collect deposits and schedule moves. During this pandemic, any customers who arrive at our office without an appointment will not receive service! This information is communicated via email and or phone to every customer who receives a quote and is looking to schedule their move. We have a host of satisfied customers on the Better Business Better Bureau’s website as well. We have never asked a customer to meet us in a parking lot. However, upon request we will visit a customer’s home or business to collect a deposit. Additionally, we accept deposits via pay pal and cash app. Any customer who has an apprehension with respect to visiting our office and becoming ill. We understand, we must take measures to stay safe. Please pay your deposit via another method or call another mover. Instead of posting an untruthful negative review! Middle Class movers have never done business with this GodHenry Design person. We’ve reported your bogus review to google for removal. We honor our reputation and we’ll defend it.
