Hi Sean, We put 4 oz of meat on our sandwiches. When you ask for extra, we add 2 oz to make a total of 6 oz of meat, but you can always ask to double the meat. 6 oz does not seem like very much visually. We have refunded your order and hope to see you again. We were only able to find one order and don't remember hearing from you yesterday. I do think our managers care. We remake sandwiches when a customer comes up to let us know about a problem. We try our best and when we have sandwiches coming off the line, orders coming in from uber, calling orders for customers, and fixing problems we may not have a ton of time to give the southern charm you are missing. Pastrami not made from brisket as expected, and served incorrectly.

Hi James, We do make the pastrami with brisket. Our butcher, Jamie, lovingly trims, cures and smokes it. You must have called the wrong deli or the person you asked was confused since we also have a smoked bbq brisket sandwich. The Pastrami and Swiss is a great sandwich. We are proud to say it is a southern sandwich that can be eaten by one person in one sitting. For the record, we don’t even have top round in the building.

H Hayley, Thank you for your review. We will definitely evaluate the TBrie again. Haven't had any complaints recently. We do have regulars that like add bacon to that sandwich. We are aware of the giardiniera on the Italian sandwich and have been working on improving the flavor profile. Come have a bagel sandwich soon. You can even get a sandwich on one too.
Grilled chicken salad sandwich contained very little chicken salad.

Hi Sandra, We send all our bread through the toaster. Happy to replace with untoasted bread when people do not like it toasted. Nourishwise means that the sandwich has 30% less fat and calories than the standard sandwich. The Turkey Avocado Bacon Cheddar sandwich has sprouts instead of lettuce on the sandwich as stated on our menu. When Nourishwise, it has 1 oz less meat, 1 slice of cheese instead of 2 and 1 tbs of mayonnaise. We are happy to adjust the sandwich. Italian sandwich was not authentic or as expected

Hi JJ, Thank you for your review. I was wondering if you were expecting an Italian Beef Sandwich. This is a sandwich full of Italian cured meats and giardiniera. I totally can see where you would be surprised. We do think our Italian Sandwich is a good one though. It has mortadella, prosciutto, soppresata, provolone, swiss, vinegar, oil, homemade giardiniera, lettuce, tomato and onion on a Silke’s hoagie. I hope you give us another chance.

Hi there, Will you contact us directly so we can figure out who this was and we can have a conversation with the employee? Ask for Shane, Dave or Wendi. We are finding it challenging to hear customers through plexiglass and 2 masks (one on employee and one on customer). We are trying. Thank you for your support and understanding.

Hello PD, I wish you would have told a manager about your experience. We are always willing to change it up if you give us the chance to fix the issue. We do tell people at the register when a non-Sprecher soda is requested that we have draft soda. The tea is marked with the ingredients (tea, cinnamon and orange).
