We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and take these concerns—cleanliness, pests, broken equipment, the cold plunge, and your reported infection—extremely seriously. This falls far short of our standards, so we’ve launched an immediate investigation and implemented corrective actions including an emergency deep clean, scheduled pest control, removal/repair of damaged equipment, and the cold plunge taken out of service until fully restored. We’ve increased cleaning frequency, instituted mandatory staff sanitation training, and added daily facility inspections plus a wipe-down policy for equipment after each use. We regret that you developed a staph infection and take member health seriously; anyone with a health concern should seek medical care, and we will review membership remedies where appropriate.
