Hi Scott, As explained on the phone, the staff you saw were nail technicians not all are licensed to perform facials, and we strictly follow regulations. Your appointment was booked online shortly before arrival, and we called you immediately to inform you. You still chose to proceed with a pedicure. You mentioned that “life isn’t fair,” but leaving a negative review despite clear communication is exactly what creates unfairness toward a team that acted professionally. Regarding your claim of being “harassed,” our follow-up calls were made solely to address your concerns and provide clarity communication is part of professional service, even if you choose not to recognize it as such.
