I also want to apologize if you feel like you were ignored. I’m not sure how you tried to contact us, but we have no record of an e-mail and didn’t hear a voicemail. This is absolutely not true. This is obviously from a jealousy competitor. We have never had anyone complain of such a thing, nor did we yesterday. I’m sure if this was an accurate review we would’ve heard something about it at the time. Please stop saying things that aren’t true.
