Sorry about this. Your HOA are some crooks. They tried to get us for some none real accusations. We even entertained them just to shut them up about fictitious "damage". They refused our insurance offers of "repairs". And they refused my personal offers of repairs with my own network and resources. I lost money just like you did. I arranged and scheduled and paid for people to go out there twice. Each time costing me money only to be rejected by the HOA mob. It was a money grab scam. Trying to victimize us for a pay day. Then when they realized we weren't falling for their scam they got you for your deposit. It's to bad. You should take down these bad reviews. You should go give them bad reviews. It all started when the community hall monitor dude got all territorial and tried to flex his "authority" on my guys and they didn't bow down to him.
Charged $350 cancellation fee for services booked only a few hours

We do not charge customers deposits. We only accept cash. Cash upon completion to the crew leader. So I can guarantee you wrote this review about wrong company. Please take this review down as its defamatory and wrongful.

lies. karen i spoke to you 40 times yesterday. i also entertained your spam calls many many times over the last 2 weeks. you spammed the office after hours last night. also before hours today. our website clearly says office hours 9 to 5. you were scheduled for after the 8am jobs today. you began spamming the office at 7am today. you wrote this review at 9am today. do to your harassment and this review and according to company policy i had no choice but to remove you from the schedule and add you to the do not service list. shame on you karen.

I explain the rates before ever sending a crew. It is the customers responsibility to understand and comprehend. Yes 2 movers 2 hours or less is $150 total. And $50 each additional hour. If stuff doesn't fit you can't blame me or my movers silly. If you rent a uhaul from uhaul and stuff doesn't all fit do you blame uhaul? I take offense to you calling me dishonest. I am honest. I don't mislead. If you wanted 3 movers then maybe you should have asked for 3 movers instead of blaming me. Truck was to small? Maybe you should have rented a larger truck instead of blaming me and calling me dishonest. Also, if not satisfied, maybe try calling me so i can explain to you how reality works. You are being petty and looking for somebody to blame. We moved your trash from point a to point b for an insanely low rate.
