Replacement battery for iPhone 5 is defective and has short warranty

Business reply on Google

Hi John, I'm sorry you feel that way. We Offer a 72hr buyers remorse policy With A 30 day warranty for defects. With that said from Dec 1st to January 1st John you had plenty of time to at least call us to report the issue. We could have notated your account with our point of sale system and you could have then came in today(March 4) to exchange the battery. We pride ourselves with customer service as you can see and read with the great reviews here on google. As for selling aftermarket batteries , we never disclose that our batteries are OEM. $40installed in a iPhone is fair pricing, just call Batteries Plus. Either way thanks for reading our reviews and thanks to all of our great customers.

I was willing to do the second repair for less money but they refused because they believe they did no wrong. A great example for this situation is if you rent a car and on your way to drop off the car you wreck it. The company isn't going to say "OK" no problem. Anyone who knows how a business works understands that's not it works. If it did you would be out of business in no time. I have own this store for over 5 years and have never encountered a situation like this. The moto I stand by is"the customer is always right", and I will go above and beyond to make sure everyone of my customers are happy. However, in this case there was nothing I could do or say to make th
