Customer called in store cursing at employees. As the owner I politely called her back in to see if I can fix the issue. I was yelled and cursed at. Customer is also on camera fully checking her phone before leaving. I try my best to provide service but I refuse to tolerate ignorant people trying to mooch off others. We stand by our work if you claim we didn't do something right bring it back so we can fix it. You refused to bring it back claiming you can fix it yourself. Maybe that kind of way works at walmart but not here.

Customer came in needing phone unlocked. The phone was unlocked next day customer returned phone won't make calls. The phone is unlocked the carrier they have ( cricket ) no longer accepting 3G phone. No refund can be given phone was unlocked. Customer girlfriend came in store screaming yelling and bothering other clientswhich the video has been ( loaded to our page as evidence) after not being reasonable we asked her to leave.

This Customer called in 3 days ago claiming she got her phone repaired back in August and it's broken again. She asked if we had warranty or can she get it fix again for free. We clearly told her we offer 30 days warranty. Which shows on our receipts and theres even a sign in the store. We gave her $30 discount on a $80 repair. The free loading stop there. Sorry we can't make you more happier unfortunately you have to take responsibility for some of your actions.

Thanks for the review. First time calling we told you to contact wish for all inquiries. This is a cellphone store not w wish store. If you have a package here they will tell you to go pick it up. You have no contract with us your purchase is with wish. Have a good day.

Customer Phone was repaired 6 months ago along with a screen protector. She came back today with a shattered screen and admitted she dropped the phone a few times and once again it was repaired. Common sense tells you if you drop your phone there's a chance it will break. Sorry, we are not the typical customer is always right business.

One thing everyone will tell you I keep it straight as I can with everyone here even when most won't like it. KRISTI L. CASTILLEJA came in with an Iphone 7 Plus apparently someone recommend her. I fixed it while letting her check the phone she was telling the person she came in with ''we can bring the other one for the warranty ask him' So they asked whats the warranty policie I told them 90 days with receipt. she came back 2 weeks later with a different Iphone 7 plus same color with a pass code locked and wanted a new screen. She claimed the screen was not responding in order for me to see it the password needed to be removed she claimed she didnt know it. Sent her to apple and she came back later when testing the phone everything was fine. So I offered a new screen for argument sake while trying to open the phone she gave me I noticed it was still factory sealed with the apple seal. So I asked her to give me the phone I repaired she refused and started calling me a retard I HAVE ALL THIS RECORDED ON MY PHONE AND STORE CAMERAS. I simply warned her on how to address me and made a simple solution offer. Every screen we have comes with a logo if I open the phone she handed me in fron

Customer came in with broken phone which was replaced she called back stating phone was glitchy offered her another screen and explained to her if the phone keeps doing the same thing then its the device itself. She came back in and another screen was put on device. We have no control of anything that happen to devices after its broken. customer can bring her phone back in and receive full refund and have her old screen put back.

I don't mind people leaving Reviews at least be honest to why I refused you service.You called my business stating you will be sending someone to get your phone fixed. He brought in an Iphone 6 that you yourself opened tried to fix with no success SCREWS MISSING PARTS NOT PUT BACK IN PLACE. So I rejected you service I WILL NOT REPAIR ANYTHING MANIPULATED BY CUSTOMERS Every time I make an exception it ends up being a headache. That's my store policy it will not be bent for you or anyone. First part was installed perfectly after this comment I called the customer back and he said he never checked the item before walking out the store. I asked him to bring the phone back in and put a new piece of glass on the camera he checked it in front of me before walking out this time.
