Thank you for your submission/suggestion, Our cleaning contract requires multiple cleanings daily. Unfortunately, we do not have cleaners in the facility during after hours access though, being unstaffed during this time, we find quite a few items are disorganized, and or left in disarray the next morning. We also find “leftovers“ after the morning and evening rush. If you happen to find something out of place or in need of attention that we have missed, then please let us know at the customer service desk before you leave and we will correct it immediately. Thank you again from our Fitness Team.
Gym closes too early on weekends and key card does not work.
