I always strive to provide the best service as possible, which is why I replaced the screen three times for you at no extra cost to try and resolve the subtle green light you noticed in the dark regarding the cost I discounted $30 from your total to make up for ordering the wrong color backing initially which I deeply apologize for when the screen issue persisted on multiple original parts I mentioned it could be an underlying issue with the internal board itself, which is why I offered to connect you with a specialized, technician friend of mine. I was waiting for your confirmation to make the introduction, but I didn’t hear back. I genuinely tried my best to support you during those visits two months ago I wish you would’ve contacted me directly about the backing or moisture so we could look at it together. I wish you the best.”
