We are sorry you weren’t able to have the usual 5 star experience. You had the option to purchase refundable tickets but you opted out of that choice. The policy is made very clear in the terms and conditions that must be agreed upon in order to complete a reservation. There is limited seating available, this was a very busy day and we were sold out. We made several attempts to contact you prior to departure and we’ were not notified of a cancellation until after departure. This did not allow is enough time to resell your seats. We offered a credit for a future sail but this offer was declined.

Hello Alexander, Thank you for your valuable input. This particular day the anchor caught on an old tire and did drift closer to the vessel exclusion buoy than usual. However the crew reacted quickly and secured the catamaran before entering the vessel exclusion area. While we appreciate your concern, at no time were any passengers or swimmers at any risk. Thank you for including the photos that show the catamaran is safely anchored well out of the swim area and away from any beachgoers. Please join us on a sail and experience our safe and fun filled operation first hand. I am sure you will gain a different perspective than sitting on the beach.
