Hi Jeff, Thanks for the feedback, we are sorry to hear you were disappointed. I wish you would have let us know in person and we could have replaced your fried chicken with something you might have enjoyed more. We do change our oil daily, so I can confidently say the chicken was not fried in old oil. It is June in Tennessee and we only have outdoor seating, so yes there are flies. We give our guests fly fans to help with that, but unfortunately there is not much we can do about flies being present. Once again, we are very sorry to hear you did not have an enjoyable experience and hope you can give us another try.
