Robin I would like to say that we are a new/ used tire business and some of our tires are used. We try our best to accommodate each and every one of our customers to the best of our ability based on his/her budget. We also make sure we present every tire to our customers before a purchase is made. However, if you were not pleased with your tires we are very customer friendly and would have gladly corrected the issue. We are here for the convenience of the community and been applauded for outstanding services. I send my sincere apology for your disatisfaction.
