Elizabeth, While neither I, as the owner, nor our front office staff have had direct communication with you, based on the details provided in your review, we believe you may be referring to Justin’s 2007 Jeep, which was serviced at our shop last year. After reviewing our records and communication history regarding the vehicle, we would like to respectfully clarify several points to address information that may not fully reflect the circumstances surrounding the repairs: 1. For safety, insurance, and liability reasons, customers are not permitted to remain in the service bays while vehicles are being inspected or repaired. Our service advisors act as the main point of contact so our mechanics can focus on their work. We strive to treat every customer with respect and provide accurate, transparent information. Unfortunately, during this visit, our staff experienced disrespectful conduct, which makes it difficult to maintain a constructive working relationship. While we regret that we could not meet your expectations, we stand by the accurac
