That means they won’t always taste exactly like the originals, and that’s intentional. We understand your disappointment, however in our menu, none of our falafel options come with extra pita bread nor is it mentioned anywhere. Our falafel rice bowl is a rice bowl, therefore there isn't any extra bread. Our falafel wraps are wrapped in pita bread, which the wrap bread is included in the price. Hahahaha😂😂😂 sorry about misunderstanding. You're mistaken, it'sgarlic fries which is we called The Bite Fries. This is our house made garlic sauce, it greenish because we add mint to it to be different then other restaurants. THE BITE FRIES is one of the top selling. Garlic sauce is made everyday fresh! So just taste it you will love it. Secondly mold takes time to get-on on cheese. It's funny that you caught it right after fries is freshly prepared. Have patience and enjoy the top notch fries. I never had any complains about it. It's first time. And next time please don't blur my tasty garlic sauce. 😁

Hi Alex, thank you for coming and trying our food. Our concept is fast-food / fast-casual. Thats why food comes fast. :) We dont actually even have a microwave in the restaurant. We make everything daily and fresh. We cook vegan gyro at least 3 times as per our demand for now. This depends on our order volume. I think you're mistaken. Our vegan gyro is not impossible meat / beyond meat. This is our unique recipe which includes tofu, mushrooms, tomatoes, onions. You're welcome to come and try us again or choice is yours. I probably believe that hard work done in the kitchen should be respected. Its not simple cooking food and serving and risking our health while we're still middle of the pandemic. Cheers Emre
