We honoured customers review. Basically the phone screen protector should not use more than a year, because main screen will get mark of screen protector. We don’t do warranty for screen protector but in two days broken your screen protector, we are apologies for it. It’s unfortunate. Thank you .

We are apologies for inconvenience. But first thing before fix phone we mentioned to customers that it’s aftermarket screen and it’s not Apple screen. Second thing is that you told to us you dropped and phone screen broke badly . Before fix we gave receipt to customer and in that receipt says that we do warranty 30 days for touching issue, not for broken or damaged screen. Thank You.

Hello Lisa, we are sorry that you had bad experience with us, when you came second time with the issue we offered you the OEM screen, but you said you will try 3rd party screen again. If that doesn’t work then you would go for OEM screen. It’s an electronic device and hard to understand the issue over the phone or by seeing pictures. That is why we asked you to come to store.
