we are so sorry for your inconvenience, as you said the screen was cracked when you pop it from your phone case!!, i would have definitely helped you to replace with a new screen without any charge, but you brought that phone with a broken or a cracked screen and i am sorry we don't cover any warranty on broken or cracked screens Thank You

85 dollars plus tax would be about 92.01 that's what you paid for the repair . I am not sure why would we tell you that an 85.00 which includes cost of the part and labor would be an Apple Screen which they charge about 229.99 dollars plus tax at their store. Kindly do note that you came back two days later and we refunded your payment accordingly. Thanks for your business
