Hey Christopher, I am sorry that you had a bad experience with us. Unfortunately, with state inspections we have to abide by the states rules and cannot bend or alter these rules. As far as the racial remark, we do not appreciate the accusation and there was an eye witness present at the time of our conversation and that remark was not said. If you were able to find a place to remove your window tint, we will gladly reinspect your vehicle free of charge.

Well Bryan,, i spoke to you briefly on the phone and have no idea what your problem is or was. I have reached out to you on numerous occasions to discuss this situation with you. I only spoke to you during the initial call and wasn't at the shop when your service was completed. With that being said everyone is entitled to an opinion. Seems to me your review varies wildly from the rest of our reviews,,,well the offer still stands for you to reach out to us and our offer to make it right. By all accounts i am known as an all round nice guy who is soft spoken and polite to all. And to claim our service is over priced is ridiculous. Would you care to offer some proof of that,, seeing as our prices are in line with industry standards? I also took a look at your 112 other reviews,, seems to be everyone in town has a hard time satisfying you. Maybe it's you and not us? I also noticed in your other reviews you have a recurring theme of referring to places as dumps, that place sucks,, the people are jerks, everything is over priced, they had an attitude etc. You might wanna consider your the problem... not everyone else in town.
