Tashuni, I am sad to read your review, but your boyfriend did not finish the NICS 4473 background paperwork which is a requirement for all firearm purchases. Best of luck to you, Uncle Dan and the Northwest Highway Team

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced, Justin. Your feedback regarding our staff's communication is taken very seriously and was addressed. Please know that in this instance, it was a timing issue more than neglect. We strive to provide a positive experience for all our customers, and I apologize for falling short in this instance. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. All my best, Dan Foster, aka Uncle Dan
Store refused to process multiple firearm purchases due to paperwork preferences.

Thanks for your feedback, DHB; however, let me clarify some details. The paperwork is the same, but our policies are different. As licensed dealers, we also follow ATF best practice recommendations that disapprove of multiple, single-day transactions. While I applaud you for having a license, we run an NICS check on all buyers. You might be surprised how many get denied. Even so, an LTC was not intended to allow holders to act as unlicensed dealers. We spend a great deal of time and money on compliance, auditing procedures, and record-keeping to maintain our good standing. In closing, it's really about knowing your customer. Most of our customers find the electronic forms confusing and prefer the written ones, so we're sticking with them for now. As your review already shows, we are not the right dealer for you. Best of luck to you, Dan Foster, aka Uncle Dan

I'm sorry to read about your experience, Marshawn. First, let me acknowledge that when we take in a smart device, yes, you are required to give us the passwords and disable your Apple account. That is not tampering with your device. It is protecting our loan investment. While your property is collateral in our care it is stored in safekeeping. iPads are wrapped and kept in computer sleeves in a vault. The fact that it was dusty should be an indicator that it wasn't disturbed after taking it in. We take photos of all property when it is taken in as collateral. I will be happy to review your before and after photos. If we damaged your screen while in our care I will make correct the problem. Please email me directly, [email protected], so I can begin researching your loan. I look forward to hearing from you. Sincerely, Dan, aka Uncle Dan Foster
