Thank you Kassie for your feedback. As explained, our bays automatically calculate the time you used. It charges $1 for 2 mins with a $5 minimum charge. If you were charged $10 mins that means you used over 10 mins of time. Thank you again for your feedback.

Hello Noemi. We checked our records. You purchased a $12 wash at the self-serve kiosk. Our employees do not tip themselves and we don't appreciate the accusation.
