Our warranty covers the screen we replaced if it is not cracked. We are not responsible for what happens to the phone after your dropped it. Now if the screen is not cracked than it’s still under warranty and we would replace it. Your phone worked after you left our location and you dropped it after a few weeks it now it’s cutting off and on how is that our fault. Make that make sense. Thank you for your review and your screen it self if not cracked is still under warranty. You’re welcome to come by for us to see if the screen is the issue.
