Our company follows every regulation under Florida’s taxation and finance statue ( Chapter 212). Our rates/fees are inclusive of the rental of a moving truck, the tax on diesel fuel for business purposes, the rental of dollies, rental of material (moving blankets, boxes, etc.), and the labor of our movers. The fees for all of the above are inclusive and labor is not charged to a customer separately from the rental of our tangible personal property. The moving truck and moving equipment are examples of tangible personal property. 1st Coast Express is a moving company that provides tangible personal property to adequately accommodate our customers' moving needs.
