First of all I called Napa and you never placed an order - “There is no order under that name”. Secondly there was a huge outage amongst everyone, hence why your messages weren’t being received. Had you had patience and waited it out instead of coming to my house address to find me (which is incredibly inappropriate and weird) you would have figured that out. Good luck is all I have to say.

Tire plugs are only a temporary solution and should only be used for emergencies (like being stranded just to get home). I explained this when I did the work. Out of courtesy I offered to replug it if you could get to me, but no I was not going to drive 60 miles out of my way to do another plug - for free; gas is not cheap.
