When our front desk as well as employees ask you if you want gel polish, you say yes, which is why they proceed and go ahead and start the services. We will never do any upcharge without customer approval. Secondly, our price is very clearly stated on the menu as well as the website. If you can provide a picture of our website stating that our "Refresher" manicure or pedicure cost $35 each, as a business, we will refund 100% of your money if you can prove it. We think you might have mistakenly looked at a different thing on the menu, so there is no need to leave a 1-star review as it will negatively affect our business, and as you said yourself, our employees did a good job.
