So happy to hear you had a great experience on getting your car fixed properly. Thank you for letting us know .Unfortunately I believe 100% that the rest of the post is inaccurate. Whatever else you belive happened did not happen at 4 Aces Auto. What may have transpired was that your vehicle was at another shop being worked on for an unknown amount of time and was then towed to us to complete the transmission work. Somewhere from the other shop and the time you picked up your vehicle something happened inside your trunk. There was no need for us to go into the trunk of your vehicle for any reasons as you stated. The vehicle started as soon as we started working on it. So I'm real sorry you feel we lied to you but I'm not sure of any other way to prove a negative but by saying it didn't happen here. We offer a warranty for the work we performed so we are here for you for any transmission issues. Thankyou

Sorry you feel this way but the $7.20 is a charge we use if we need to use any type of lubrication , use of torch or any extras needed to do the alignment. We used a torch to loosen your tie rods to finish the alignment. Thank you for coming into the shop today. Appreciate the business.
