I'm sorry you had a bad experience. Due to security, the gates are automatically locked at 7 PM every night and your code will not work. The manager allowed you in after hours at his discretion. As far as the trash container, it was decided by management to discontinue trash service for customers. The business was being charged fines by the trash company because of items not allowed in the dumpster. We strive to make every customer happy and I hope you will give us another chance in the future.
