Ms Allen, We apologize for your dissatisfaction! Our 24 foot truck did brake down on the morning of your move and we do apologize for this!!! However being that you had booked and needed to be out of your home we waived the trip fee and credited you 3 Hours for 3 trips of 15 minutes each way. All 3 crew members were indeed Hispanic hardworking individuals of Age! At the time of taking payment you spoke to management and stressed how the Foreman was great but the other 2 lacked experience in your personal opinion. These young men worked for 14 hours straight and took pictures of all the furniture that was already damaged. Our policy for claims in the state of Texas is 60 cents per pound. The total for your move with 10% discount applied was $1,768 of which You paid $400 and your significant other paid $200 for a total of $600 paid! $1168 balance after the fact. We discounted 3 hours for a total of $364.50 leaving the balance at $803.50. We believe that However unsatisfactory this experience may have been You came out the Victor in this ordeal!
