We would say “thanks for the feedback.” However, 90% of what you wrote is fabricated and the evidence proves otherwise. You were unresponsive for an entire month after we sent you different bed frames multiple times. A bit much about Blake, considering he tried to reach you multiple times during your period of not responding. We came by, assessed the bed frame and we AGREED on us getting you a frame that was affordable. We came up with $500-$600 bed frame from wayfair. Sent you the purchase order and you never responded for over a month. Belligerence? Sounds kind of slanderous in regards to the owner. That last thing you said to us was in regards to getting your lawyer involved when we merely told you all we can give you is $500. The worst part about this is, is no moving company would even come close to refunding you anything because you have already signed a contract releasing your household goods at a rate of $1/lb/article. We were just trying to make it right because we felt bad that the “young adults” damaged your bed frame and you seemed like a decent person. Once again, blasphemous talk in reference to my movers. Trying to frame it a certain way to make it appear as if our c

John, sorry you feel that. However, I have a security camera in the box of every one of my trucks and I watched the entire loading process after you reached out to me. If you only had the amount of items you stated to me over the phone, they should not have had to stack anything. The tactic you are referring was no tactic at all. Aside from you tacking on double the amount of items to be moved after they already loaded the items discussed over the phone. Of course the movers would have to go back into the truck, shuffle some items and restack. They loaded the truck according to the items you wanted moved. Our truck is 27 feet long and there's not a snowball's chance in Hades that your stated items would call for any reshuffling and restacking. You requested the movers to move twice the amount of stuff you told me over the phone. If they had a platform for moving companies to rate customers you would rate extremely low due to the deception you conveyed to me over the phone and the deception in message telling me you "do not want to hurt my company's reputation." You are not hurting my reputation in the slightest and if you think I'm going to take your word for what you claim to have

Mam, please remove this review from our Google profile...We are called A1A Moving & Transport, not A1A Movers. I'm sorry you had such a terrible experience with your move, however, you left the negative review on the wrong company's profile as have many others who have been moved by them. PLEASE REMOVE this as it hurts our reputation and it DOES NOT apply to my company. We are located in Jacksonville, FL not Miami. If you have an issue with my company please reach out. (904) 718-3370. We do not treat our customers that way! Blake Hyden Owner A1A Moving & Transport

Thanks for the feedback. Next time, instead of leaving a bad review, just call the company and they will work with you on the problem. Everyone in our office now works in the field due to the laziness society promotes nowadays. Thanks again, John. Keep up the good work!

What trash this "review" is. One of our office staff members was severely injured and we put ops on hold for a week. It's sad you have this much time to do this when you never even signed an estimate or contracted us to move. I hope Google removed this blasphemy and comes up with an algorithm to prevent trolls to leave fabricated feedback on hard working business's pages. However, we hope you had a splendid move with whatever unlucky moving company chose to work with you! Thanks

Anyone reading this: Beware. I sent two of my best movers out to you to help load YOUR 4x8 trailer up because you desperately needed the Same-day emergency help. I had pity for you and your situation during the phone, and, so did the movers. They were with me and heard the entire phone call of how it’s only so many items along with a couple pieces of furniture. Mind you, this Sunday afternoon you called and the guys showed up a couple hours later to help you. I told the guys that they can keep all of the revenue from the labor because I felt like they could use the $75/piece. You were charged a measly $150 for these men to show up on a Sunday afternoon and load YOUR trailer. I put the word “YOUR” in all caps because it’s the most vital fact in proving that your slanderous attacks a total unreality. A few facts: 1) your damage was discovered once you drove your trailer to wherever your destination was. Clearly the damage occurred while you were at the helms. 2) my movers offered to provide you with straps and blankets to protect items. However, you said you “don’t want to pay for that.” 3) there were roaches and health hazards in your home and I’m appalled that we even attempted to

Thank you for your opinion on your moving experience. We understand your frustration towards your moving project's quote. However, I can provide you a few facts as to why your original moving project was not misquoted: 1) The move was quoted for a one day move to be picked up in Palm Coast and delivered to Daytona..you did not close on the Daytona house and that can lead us right into the second fact of why it was not misquoted. 2) Your move now require us to drive a two full truck loads back to our storage facility in Jacksonville (1.25 hours away), store the full trucks over night, check out two storage units that are at least 250 feet from the loading dock, unload both trucks and restack everything into the units. This was never included in the original quote because it was never requested. Now we have a full day of loading and driving, two trucks storage overnight and another full day of unloading the trucks into the storage units. All of which was not quoted because it was supposed to be a one day move. Not to mention, the owner was the driver and loader of the second truck to pick up all of the stuff that would not fit on the first truck. 3) Your household goods were stored i

Seeing that this is the busiest time of year for our moving business, we sometimes are not able to return customers calls when they call after hours. I don't recognize your name and this review has nothing to do with a moving project we completed for you. If you notice, people leave reviews for us after we move them and they have had the chance to meet our movers and coordinators here at A1A Moving & Transport. Your experience does not constitute a one- star review and you should not be allowed to leave reviews at any business unless you have proof that "said" business performed a service. I can't imagine the nightmarish review you actually left the company who moved you. We usually try to avoid customers of your nature due to the headaches created down the road. I would say "thanks" for letting the public know that we missed a call in the busy season, but that kind of stuff happens. People like you should be banned from leaving reviews because you are under the misconception that your one star review matters. In actuality, anyone who goes to our Google reviews and sees this peculiar one-star review amongst all of these other positive reviews will naturally click on it. If you want

Donna, we hate to hear you had such a bad experience. A 5x10 climate controlled storage unit costs anywhere between $90-$130/month depending on where you rent it. Your household goods were stored in a 10x15 unit which costs between $190-$220/month. Your items were the only items in that unit up until two weeks prior to us letting your chosen movers (not A1A Moving & Transport) into the unit to move you out. Furthermore, we gave you $150 off your last two months of storage. Bringing your total to $50 for two months of climate controlled storage. You questioned us about a sculpture that was never in our possession. We know for a fact that no one except the owner went in that unit from the time your items were delivered until the time you met him at the unit to pick up with your movers. We have tried contacting you several times in an attempt to resolve this matter and will continue to do so. We vehemently searched for the sculpture that our movers guaranteed was never moved from your original destination to our storage unit. We would like to resolve this matter, but doing it through insurance is not the best route. The insurance you signed up for is $.60/lb per article as far as dama

Amanda, while we can empathize with your unfortunate moving encounter with another company, we find it quite infuriated and comical that you do not do enough research to leave a review with the right company. We are based out of Jacksonville, FL and we only have one location here locally. We have no records of you being a past client or customer. We would appreciate the respect and courtesy of taking this review down from our page and finding the right moving company. You’re 1 star review is not in good company, as you see the other reviews and the level of work we provide to our customers.

Wrong A1A Moving & Transport. First, there’s no one named Ian who works here. Second, you have the wrong company. You probably dealt with another company who uses A1A Moving in their business name. Maybe you should do some research on companies before giving them deposits. We, here at A1A Moving & Transport, located in Jacksonville, Fl, would never screw anyone out of anything and if we ever damage anything, we are fully insured. If you would like to call us to get a better understanding of how to leave blasphemous reviews for the intended company, feel free. 904 718 3370. A Jacksonville, FL area code. The company you are searching for is located in New Jersey and I advise you to remove this slanderous sickness about my company.
