Mover threatened customer and refused to return property until police intervened

Business reply on Google

Dennis - You shot your gun at my process server, and damaged her car. She had to call the police on you! You have been served 1 of 2 lawsuit. My process server will have police escort on the second lawsuit against you. Dennis, you talked about all your false claims and allegations against me, but you intentionally fail to say that you did not pay me for services rendered. I had to file one of two lawsuits against you in King County District Court, Case# 23 – CIV – 22631 – KCX for failure to pay, and breach of contract. Dennis, you never had any intention of paying me from the very beginning. This is why you tried not to sign the contract and offered me $500 to move you. I declined. You must sign my contract like anyone else. I am going to jump ahead in this story a little bit. You damaged the roof of the U-Haul truck when you were driving it by hitting an overhead pillar entering your apartment’s garage. Then later that asked me to drive the U-Haul truck. I told you, no! I do not accept any liability for driving your rental truck. You replied, “you have a lot of no’s” and I said yes, I have a lot of no’s, because I have seen a lot a customer’s tricks over 15 years in the moving bus

We have checked our records, and we do not have a Nicky Coeur in our database. The customer who scheduled the move you are referring to should be writing this review. I admit we were behind schedule for this particular move. I stayed in contact with Monica K. the actual customer the entire time of our delay. Once we finished our first job, we immediately headed to Monica's apartment to help with her move. I called Monica, and she didn't answer the phone, but we kept heading to her residence to help. Monica finally called me back and put me on speaker phone, someone that I believe is you. Firstly, you are not the one who signed the contract. Monica signed the contract. I do not get into move issues or contract issues with anyone person who did not sign the contract. Secondly, you were trying to negotiate a price that I personally reduced to help Monica out with her move because Monica has no money to move. Monica was borrowing money from you to move. You tried negotiating the price, and I declined. You became hostile at that point, so I told Monica thank you and apologized and got off the phone. No matter the circumstances, my company is not going into a hostile environment. You sta

You take you review down and then you put the review back up what are you trying to harasse me? It always amazing me when someone leaves a one start review and don't have the courage to say who they are! Hi Samantha, I truly appreciate you coming forth with your identity in a positive way. Now, I can address your one-star review off of facts. I called you at 9 AM sharp, on April 7th, and you and I spoke for 40 seconds. At 9:02 AM, .after you and I hung up, I texted you a detailed message of ACME Moving Labor's pricing and moving services offered from loading, unloading, packing, unpacking, and more. My phone log only shows me calling you one time. My phone log does not show any phone calls or voicemails from you. None. You also filled out my online form. On the bottom of the form, customers can explain their move or ask questions. You did neither. My website was designed to provide customers with knowledge and answer most of their moving questions. My point is that if you honestly felt like I did not answer your question, you had other options. Now, let me tell you and everyone else why I was in a painful mood. At that time, and even now, I have been dealing with severely pinched n

Mr. Alsbury: You booked through a third-party moving brokering company for a 26’ moving truck not directly with ACME Moving Labor. Third-party contractual moving rates and agreements apply. Understandably this makes for an odd relationship between yourself, the moving brokering company, and ACME Moving Labor. You had more items than what was on your inventory. That is not my fault. After you recognized you were going to have to maybe spend more money you began getting agitated at me because your price was going to be higher than what you initially was quoted through your third party. At that time, you told me “if the price is going to double than I will have to cancel the move”, and you asked me to "stop" until I found out what the additional charges would be. But again, I said I don’t know what your additional charges are going to be because you booked through third-party, and I needed to get them on the phone and proceed from there, and get their authorization. At that time I stepped into the hallway to get the third party on the phone and you kept following me, like you didn’t trust what I was doing. You began arguing and becoming hostile about how to proceed with communicating
