Alexa, so sorry to hear your comments… we go thru quality control daily. Produce is delivered daily as well. If the company gives us spoiled produce we would return it right away …did you notify to anyone at the restaurant about this? That would have helped to make your meal pleasant. … in 28 years we had never have a complaint about all the things you had mentioned. Apologies for you feeling this way about us. Adelita’s team.

Jose, thank you for your feedback. we take our customers reviews very seriously and I dig into each of them, to find out exactly what's going on with our business of 28 years, which we care as our baby. With this said, I went ahead and look for the video, and find out that you were waiting for 4.5 minutes. Also, Alejandra, the cashier was taking care of a large order on the phone. We try to do our best, unfortunately, we cant please 100 % of our customers. Perhaps the answer for the person in the other area wasn't the best and I do apologize for it. Kissan, so sorry to hear your bad experience, we can reasure you that after 25 years working on our recipes, we make sure our ingredients are fresh and excellent quality. We don't make our food hot but we do offer 5 different spicy homemade *daily) sauces, like the green tomatillo, red chillies, very spicy, soft molcajete, orange peanut sauce, fresh serranos, jalapenos and grilled jalapeños as well. Beans are soaked all night then cooked from 5 am until 9 am, ready for you to enjoy, absolutely nothing is can...feel free to come inside our kitchen at any time, Adelita's team

Dear Blue Pelow, thank you for your feedback and sorry to hear such a bad experience with us; we will definitely look into this and find out what exactly happened with your order, we do use whole olives. But they didn't treat your order correctly so we will have a meeting with the kitchen stuff. Also, we don't use hot sauces in our food, only on the side, which we do ask in the apps, how many would you like? Regardless, we will make sure this won't happen again, Thanks from Adelitas.

Sherene, thank you for your feedback, so sorry we didn't meet your expectations on the food, seems that you came on a busy day, no excuse for not taking care of you as soon as you walk in, but the food? cans? only ketchup for french fries....really!! you're welcome in our kitchen at 5 am anytime to see us cooking fresh beans daily, as the same of everything else. Our salsas are not spicy because not everyone likes too spicy, this is why we offer green, red, orange, molcajete or jalapeños sauces, thanks again for your review, Adelita's love you!!
