It's important to us that our customers feel confident in the products and services they receive. we offered you a three year warranty and 5 year warranty battery. you chose 5 year. I dont see how this you feel cheated when you agrred to the 5 year warranty. We even offered to remove the battery and install your old battery. but you chose the 5 year battery.
