Hello DJ, This is the Alamo Nails management and we had just talked to you and you would call us about directions on how to get here. You would never specifically requested a certain Technician and on top of that you were already late to your appointment. The appointment that you had booked was for a full set. Helena does not do those But once again you had never called to specify what you had wanted to get you had only called to get directions on how to get here. We appreciate your review and your constructive criticism. Thank you so much and I do hope that you have a great one.
