Katura Thank you for your feedback. We try to strive for great service on each one of our moves. However this THIRD move we completed for you did not reach your satisfaction. During your first move, we did inform you of your couch having broken legs when our men lifted it. We appreciate the feedback and valued you as a customer however we will no longer service you due to the circumstances.
